Most apps run open models like Whisper, Gemma and InfiniteTalk on my own GPU instead of paid APIs, which keeps them free to run.
Consent built in
Talking Photo won't animate a real person's face or clone a voice without consent, and everything it makes is labelled AI-generated.

Everything runs on one graphics card, so heavy jobs like talking videos can queue. The status dot on each app tells you before you start.
